RCU Look To Keep Pace In Home Finale

Rocket City United will be looking for the full three points when it hosts FC Tulsa in RCU's final home match of the 2010 regular season on Saturday night.  RCU could go top of the NPSL Southeast Region standings with a win over the Oklahoma club, leading to an exciting final few weeks the NPSL Southeast Region.  Both RCU and Chattanooga FC, who will also face FC Tulsa on Sunday, will be battling neck and neck for the top spot that may culminate in a de facto championship match on July 17, when CFC hosts RCU in Chattanooga.

Coach Desmond Armstrong is not looking past this weekend's opponents, however.  RCU will be hoping to exact a measure of revenge over FC Tulsa after RCU fell in their first meeting under difficult circumstances.  RCU will have the services of dangerous forward Andrew Nkurunungi, who did not play in the trip to Tulsa.

Kickoff is at 7:30 PM at the Madison City Schools Stadium.
